Schedule

Enquiries: 90 days. Aggregated analytics: 25 months. Rejected applications: 12 months. Routine email delivery records: 12 months. Audit and security records: 24 months. Consent and legal records: 7 years after the relevant relationship or transaction. Finance and billing records may be kept longer where statute requires it.

Tenant cancellation

Cancelled tenants follow the existing 30-day pending-deletion lifecycle. Customers should request export before deletion. Backups expire on their normal bounded rotation.

Legal hold

A documented legal hold pauses deletion only for the records it covers, and only until that hold is released.
