Refund, Cancellation and Cooling-off

Subscription cancellation

Essential is £19.99/month or £199.90/year, VAT exclusive; VAT is added at checkout where applicable. Cancellation stops renewal and starts the documented 30-day tenant deletion lifecycle unless law, dispute, backup schedule or legal hold requires otherwise.

Immediate service and cooling-off

Where UK consumer cancellation rights apply, checkout separately asks you to expressly request immediate performance during the 14-day cooling-off period and acknowledge that you may have to pay a proportionate amount for service supplied. Any loss of the right to cancel after full performance requires the legally required express acknowledgement.

Refunds

Statutory rights are unaffected. Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances, service supplied and applicable law; contact support promptly. This notice does not create a blanket no-refund rule.
